Overview

París, Francia, diciembre de 1897. El joven dramaturgo Edmond Rostand se siente un fracasado. La inspiración lo ha abandonado. Casado y padre de dos hijos, desesperado y sin dinero, convence al gran actor Constant Coquelin para que interprete el papel principal de su nueva obra. Pero hay un problema: Coquelin quiere estrenarla en Navidad y Edmond no ha escrito todavía ni una sola palabra.
